BIPA Daring is a brand for the BIPA program facilitation website developed by The Agency for Language Development and Cultivation, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology since 2018. The development of BIPA Daring applies the principle of “gotong royong” (mutual aid) in BIPA services provision involving the participation of various parties. BIPA Daring is developed as a manifestation of the coordination and facilitation role of The Agency for Language Development and Cultivation in providing access for BIPA program beneficiaries and stakeholders to the BIPA services from various sources. On the website, user can access the services through five application modules, namely (1) Belajar BIPA as a service channel for sharing BIPA learning materials, (2) Jaga BIPA as an information-sharing service channel for the BIPA program institution, (3) Bakti BIPA as a channel for sharing information about the actions and work of BIPA observers, (4) Tebar Bipa as a channel for sharing information and implementation of online BIPA learning, and (5) Tera BIPA as an information service channel and managing online BIPA learning tests.

BELAJAR BIPA
Belajar BIPA application module contains BIPA learning reference material, provided by both the Agency for Language Development and Cultivation and registered users. Through this application module, the Agency for Language Development and Cultivation and registered users (individuals, communities, or institutions) can upload materials so that general users can download them. The materials provided are teaching materials, supplementary materials, and supporting materials, such as e-books, audio or video, and applications.

JAGA BIPA
Jaga BIPA application module consists of data and information about BIPA program institutions in Indonesia and abroad, both provided by the Agency for Language Development and Cultivation and registered users. The data and information are presented in the form of maps and institution profiles. Through this application module, BIPA program institution, such as schools, universities, courses, government/private institutions, and communities, can register themselves as registered users. In addition, registered users can publish and update their profiles to be accessed by the general users.

BAKTI BIPA
Bakti BIPA application module contains data and information about actions and works of BIPA observers, both provided by The Agency for Language Development and Cultivation and registered users. Through this application module, BIPA teachers, learners, observers, communities, and institutions can register themselves as users. In addition, Registered users have the rights to share information about BIPA learning and teaching activities and work their produced, both scientific and creative work. In this application module, we provide a special menu of the state language ambassadors contains data and news of BIPA teachers assigned by the Agency for Language Development and Cultivation.

TEBAR BIPA
Tebar BIPA application module is a platform for managing online or long-distance learning. Through this application module, BIPA teachers and BIPA program institutions, in partnership with the Agency for Language Development and Cultivation, can become the registered users to access the mechanisms of planning, management, and reporting of BIPA online learning. In addition, BIPA learners who receive BIPA learning services from teachers and institutions in partnership with the Agency for Language Development and Cultivation can utilize this application module as registered users to access data, information, and services.

TERA BIPA
Tera BIPA application module contains BIPA learning test services consisting of placement tests and learning evaluation tests for BIPA students and the candidates. Through this application module, BIPA teachers and institutions in partnership with the Agency for Language Development and Cultivation can become registered users to manage online placement tests and online learning evaluation tests for their students. In addition, BIPA learners as general users can access test simulation to find out and try the samples of placement test questions and learning evaluation tests.
